Ingredients for making Motichoor Laddu
Gram flour (for boondi)
Pure Desi Ghee (for making boondi)
Sugar (for making syrup)
Saffron
Green cardamom powder
Pistachio, almond
Method
Making Motichoor Laddu is quite easy. To make it, first, you have to prepare a fine boondi. To make fine boondi, first, prepare a thin batter by mixing gram flour with water. Keep in mind that it should neither be too thin nor too thick.
After preparing the batter, heat the ghee in a deep bottom pan and then pour the batter into the ghee with a strainer to make a boondi. Fry these boondis till they become light golden. While the boondi is frying, put the syrup on another gas to prepare. For this, prepare sugar and water syrup separately. Cook the syrup till the consistency of one string. After it is ready, take it out and keep it aside.
Now add the fried boondi to the syrup and mix well so that the body absorbs the syrup. When the body absorbs the syrup, finally add cardamom powder and chopped nuts, and then tie the boondi in the shape of a laddu.
Let the prepared laddu cool down for some time so that it hardens and then serve. You can decorate Motichoor laddu by simply putting pistachios on it. Now they are ready for bhog. After offering bhog, you can distribute it as prasad.
