Mango

Mango tastes very tasty and is quite sweet. It contains a lot of natural sugar. Therefore, diabetic patients should consume mangoes very thoughtfully. Although it is advisable to avoid it, if you want to eat it then take only one slice at a time.

Watermelon

Consuming watermelon is considered very good for health. The water content in it is very high, while the calories are very low. Even consuming watermelon is considered better for weight loss. When you consume watermelon, it can cause your sugar level to spike instantly. Therefore, if you want to eat watermelon then do not take more than one cup at a time.

Pineapple

Pineapple is a fruit which has a high glycemic index. Therefore, if diabetic patients consume it in excess then they have to face problems. Try to avoid consuming pineapple. Even if you eat it, do not take more than one or two slices at a time.

Grape

Most people like to eat grapes. But whether black or green grapes, both of them have more sugar. Usually, people finish the entire bunch of grapes in one go. But it can be harmful for diabetic patients. Therefore, avoid it. Even if you eat it, you can eat ten grains at a time.

Chikoo

Sapota is very high in sugar, hence consuming sapota can be a bit troublesome for diabetic patients. However, if you are eating sapota then definitely take a walk after that. Also, ensure that your fibre intake is high throughout the day.

Canned fruits

If you are a diabetic patient then you should not consume canned fruits at all. Sugar or syrup is often mixed in canned fruits, which can prove harmful for diabetic patients. Therefore, if you want to eat any fruit then eat it fresh only. Which does not include added sugar.
