Ingredients
2 cups boiled rice
3 cups mixed vegetables (finely chopped)
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger (finely chopped)
1/4 garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 green coriander


1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon biryani masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe
- First of all, finely chop all the vegetables, garlic, onion, ginger, green chilies.
- After this, place the pan on the gas and add some oil to it and heat it.
- After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it. Then add onion and garlic and cook on low flame for a few minutes.
Now add chopped vegetables to it and fry for some time.
After this, add coriander powder, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala, and all other spices in the pan.
- After some time, take out some mixture and keep it in a bowl.
Now add some boiled rice to it and add the mixture of vegetables kept in the bowl on top.
Then add the remaining rice cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now add lemon juice to it and mix it, then add green coriander. Veg biryani is ready.
