Monsoon season is going on. This season is pleasant as well as the home of disease. There is moisture in the atmosphere during monsoon, due to which many types of problems occur. From wrong eating to lack of fibre in the body, the problem of constipation starts. This problem is more in the monsoon season.
Drink Aloe Vera juice
Aloe vera gel is used from skin to food. Due to the moisture in the environment during the monsoon season, microorganisms go into the food, due to which the food gets contaminated. That's why there is a problem of constipation in this season. Drink aloe vera juice in case of constipation.
Make juice like this
- Mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel with half a cup of water.
- Now mix it well.
- Consume this juice twice a day.
- If you want, mix coconut water in aloe vera gel.
Note: Keep in mind that aloe vera juice should be consumed on an empty stomach. Also, drink only small amounts of juice at a time.
Chia seeds
Chia seeds are very beneficial for health. Chia seeds are rich in fibre, which reduces the problem of high blood pressure. Not only this but eating this seed also reduces the risk of heart disease. If you are troubled by the problem of constipation, then include chia seeds in your diet. Apart from fibre, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus are found in chia seeds. It dilutes the stool thus providing relief from constipation.
Drink milk
Monsoon season brings diseases with it. Getting viral is common in this season, but stomach problems also start happening. Constipation is one of those problems.
You should drink milk to get rid of the problem of constipation. We are not talking about plain milk but add 1 teaspoon of ghee to the milk. Drink milk before sleeping at night. By adding ghee to milk and drinking it, the body remains healthy. Especially if you feel more tired, then consuming milk in this way will be beneficial for you.
Things to take care
- There is more moisture in the air during monsoon, due to which bacteria start to grow easily. That's why cleanliness is very important in this season. Wash your hands, especially before eating food.
- Stale food should not be consumed during this season. Eating stale food can cause vomiting and diarrhoea.
- Stay away from street foods in monsoons. Due to the non-covering of food, micro-organisms enter it, due to which these foods become unhealthy. That's why instead of eating food from the market, make it at home.
