1. Fresh Mutton - 1 kg
2. Turmeric - 1 tsp
3. Red Chilli - 1 tsp
4. Cumin - 1 tsp
5. Eggs - 2
6. Salt - 1 tsp

* Easy Kashmiri Style Seekh Kebab Recipe:
1. To make Kashmiri Style Seekh Kebab, first of all, wash the mutton thoroughly then start cutting it.
2. After this, cut the meat into small pieces, add 1 teaspoon red chili and 1 teaspoon salt, mix, and leave it covered for an hour.
3. Now after one hour add 1 tbsp turmeric and 1 tbsp cumin in it.
4. Now you have to crack two eggs in it.
5. After this, rub it well like flour so that all the spices mix well. After that make balls of the mixture.
6. Now we will start putting mutton balls on the skewer. Wet the hands with water and place the mutton around the skewer in the shape of a kebab.
7. After this apply mutton on all the seekhs in the same way.
8. Now after this, put all the skewers on the burning charcoal and bake them by turning them.
9. After this, if you do not have charcoal at home, you can cook kebabs on the direct flame of the gas as well.
