Material :
200 g paneer, 1 onion, 5 garlic, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt as required, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 2 dry red chilies, 1 capsicum Chilli, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tomato, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin, garlic, and dry red chilies. Let them explode for a minute. Now add chopped onions to it and fry for two minutes.
Now add chopped tomatoes and capsicum, toss them, and fry for two minutes.
Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, dried mango powder, and garam masala. Fry it.
Then add paneer cubes and toss well to coat them with the spices.
- Cook it for 5 minutes.
Chilli dry paneer is ready.
