* Easy recipe to make Kesari Jafrani Kheer:

1. To make Kesari Zafrani Kheer, first take out the rice in a bowl and then put it in lukewarm water and soak it.

2. After this, pour milk into a vessel and keep it on a low flame to heat, and cook it while stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.

3. Now add soaked rice to this milk, mix it, and cook continuously on low flame till it thickens.

4. During this time, add cardamom, sugar, and saffron and leave it to cook.

5. After this, add chopped almonds, cashews, and dry fruits on top and turn off the gas.
