* Ingredients required to make Bharwa Parwal:
1. Parwal - 250 grams
2. Green chillies chopped long - 2
3. Onions grated - 2
4. Big onion finely chopped - 1
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
7. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
8. Fennel powder - 1 tsp
9. Garam masala - - 1/2 tsp
10. Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
11. Red chilli - 1 tsp
12. Turmeric - half kg
13 Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
14. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
15. Salt - as per taste
16. Oil - 4 tbsp

* Easy recipe to make Bharwa Parwal:
1. To make a stuffed parwal, first wash the parwal and peel it.
2. After this, take out the anus from inside the parwal and keep it aside.
3. Now add fennel powder, cumin, red chili, mango powder, a little oil, and salt as per taste to the grated onion, mix everything well, and fill this mixture in the parwal by pressing it.
4. After this, add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and lightly fry asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, and finely chopped onion.
5. Now add the stuffed parwal in it and cook it on low flame with a lid.
6. After some time, turn the parwal and cook it from the other side also.
7. Now while doing this, keep turning the Parwal in between.
8. If you want to make Parwal a little spicier, then add some red chili, turmeric, garam masala, and lemon juice and fry the Parwal for some more time.
9. In this way your tasty stuffed parwal is ready.
10. Now serve them with roti or paratha.
