* Ingredients needed to make Chinese Dosa:
1. Rice - 2 bowls
2. Urad Dal - 1 cup
3. Onion - 1
4. Cabbage - 1
5. Capsicum - 1
6. Noodles - 1 packet
7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
8. Noodles Masala - 1 Half teaspoon
9. Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
10. Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
11. Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - as per taste
* Easy recipe for making Chinese dosa:
1. To make Chinese dosa, first of all, soak urad dal and rice for 4 hours.
2. After 4 hours, put both things in a grind and prepare the dosa mixture.
3. After preparing the mixture, keep it in a warm place for some time so that it ferments. If you want, you can also mix the yeast in it.
4. After this, to make it Chinese, first of all, keep all the ingredients ready. Take a frying pan in which to heat some oil.
5. Now when the oil becomes hot, add one chopped onion, one capsicum, 1 finely chopped cabbage, etc., and fry them.
6. After this, after it becomes light brown, add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, salt as per taste, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp noodles masala and cook it by adding noodles.
7. Now when you start smelling it, turn off the gas. Now put one spoon of oil in another pan and spread the dosa batter with the help of a spoon. Add noodles on top and let it cook for 5 minutes.
7. Now cook the dosa from the other side as well.
