Whenever it comes to intimate life, people like to talk in hushed language. But what if it were to enhance your moments? Many exercises can help in improving intimate life.
Renowned gynecologist Dr Garima Srivastava has shared information related to this on her Instagram account. According to Dr Garima, these 4 exercises can improve your personal life.
1. Plank
By doing planks, our core muscles are strengthened and they not only reduce the extra fat in the lower abdomen, but with the help of this exercise, the lower part of our body becomes stronger. If the core muscles remain strong, then the stamina will also be better while making an intimate relationship.
Although it is recommended to hold the plank for at least 1 minute a day, you can increase or decrease it according to your stamina. There are different ways to do a plank and start with the one you're most comfortable with.
2. Jump Squat
While the plank is done to strengthen the core muscles, jump squats can prove to be very good for strengthening the legs. Due to this, we feel energetic and with the help of these, you can also maintain the balance of your body. If body balancing is correct then intimate life will also be good.
Jump squats burn more energy than normal squats, so start with 10-15 squats only.
3. Pelvic Floor Exercises
You can learn how to do pelvic floor exercises or Kegel exercises with the help of your doctor. By doing this 25 times a day, your core muscles become very strong. Also, they are good for the uterus. Pelvic floor exercises are always good for women, but they should be done according to the body.
Your doctor can give you better information about which exercise to do for how long.
4. Push-ups
Push-ups can always be considered a very good exercise to increase stamina. Doing 15-20 push-ups daily will increase your upper body strength and also your stamina.
If you cannot do so many push-ups in one go, then do them throughout the day.
All these exercises are easy and do not require any props. You can do them in any part of the house according to your convenience. Yes, if you have back pain or you have any kind of physical problem, then first talk to the doctor about it.
