Ingredients needed to make Mango Shahi Tukda:

2. Milk powder - 1 cup

3. Milk - 500 ml

4. Saffron - 1 pinch

6. Small green cardamom - 1

7. Baking soda - ½ tsp

8. Fried For Bread: 6 white slices of bread

9. For Soaking: 1 Tbsp Mango Rabdi

10. Sugar - ¼ tsp

11. Milk - ½ tsp

12. Ghee

* Easy recipe to make Mango Shahi Tukda:

1. To make Mango Shahi Tukda, first of all, mix chopped mango, milk powder, and saffron in a mixing bowl and mix well.

2. After this, put this mixture in a pan and add sugar to it and cook for 1 minute.

3. Now add milk to it and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add soda to it and then cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. After this add crushed cardamom and mix it well. Take it off the flame and cool it.

5. Now add milk to soak it in milk and now cut the bread into a triangle shape.

6. After this, heat the ghee in a pan and shallow fry the slices of bread. Cook till it turns golden brown.

7. Soak the bread in the prepared milk for 20-25 minutes. Your aam shahi tukde is ready.
