Kadhi Pakora is a vegetable that is liked by everyone but many people do not know the recipe to make it at home. Today we have brought its recipe for you.

Ingredients:

Gram flour – 2 cups

Curd – 150 grams

Asafoetida – 2 pinches

Cumin – half teaspoon

Ginger – 1-inch piece

Garlic – 4 cloves (2 chopped and 2 crushed)

Onion – 1 big size (partially crushed and partly chopped)

Turmeric powder - half teaspoon

Red chilli powder - less than half a teaspoon

Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons

Salt as per taste

Recipe:

First of all, mix curd, gram flour, and all the spices well.

Add onion, garlic, ginger, and salt to the mixture.

Add about two large glasses of water to it and keep it aside to boil.

Do not cook it on high flame. Let it boil for about an hour until it thickens. Once it reaches the desired consistency, keep it aside.

Now to make pakodas, put gram flour batter in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan on high flame. When it becomes hot, add one spoon of gram flour solution in it and make pakodas.

Fry the pakodas until they become golden brown and crisp.

Once done, soak them briefly in lukewarm salt water to soften them.

Later squeeze out the water and put the pakodas in the prepared curry.

Heat some oil in a separate pan on medium flame. When it becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, crushed garlic, and chopped onion.

Once the onion becomes transparent and the garlic starts releasing its aroma, add this tempering to the prepared curry.

Your delicious Kadhi Pakoda is ready to serve.
