* Ingredients needed to make Potato Kofta:

1. Potato

2. Gram flour

3. Onion - 4

4. Tomato - 4

5. Green chili - 1 to 2

6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

7. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp

8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

9. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

10. Coriander Chopped - 1 tbsp

11. Ginger - 1-inch piece

12. Cream - 3/4 cup

13. Cumin - 1/2 tsp

14. Salt - as per taste

15. Oil as needed

* Easy recipe for making Potato Kofta:

1. To make potato koftas, first boil the potatoes in the cooker, after that peel the potatoes and grate them and put them in a bowl.

2. After this add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder.

3. Now prepare balls by mixing all these things well.

4. After this, heat oil in a pan and add potato balls, and deep fry till it becomes light golden.

5. Now to make gravy for kofta, wash onion, tomato, and green chilies and chop them finely.

6. After this, take the cream and beat it well.

7. Now put some oil in the pan and heat it on low flame.

8. After this add cumin seeds and let it crackle well and add onion and fry till it becomes golden.

9. Now add green chilies, tomatoes, and ginger to it and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

10. After this add coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to it.

11. Now turn off the gas and leave the spices to cool down.

12. After this, grind the spices by putting them in the mixer and then heat the oil again in the pan.

13. Now put the prepared masala in it.

14. After this, add cream to it and mix it well.

15. Now boil it by adding two cups of water and salt.

16. After this, put fried koftas in it and cook for about 2 minutes and turn off the gas.

17. In this way your delicious potato koftas are ready.

18. After this, garnish the vegetable with coriander leaves.
