* Ingredients required to make gram flour-coated bottle gourd ring:

1. Bottle gourd - 250 grams

2. Onion finely chopped - 2

3. Tomato paste - 2

4. Cumin - one spoon

5. Red chilli powder - one spoon

6. Turmeric powder - one spoon

7. Gram flour - two spoons

8. Salt - one spoon

9. Kasuri Methi - one spoon

10. Capsicum and onion chopped in large sizes

11. Oil

* Easy recipe to make gram flour-coated gourd rings:

1. To make bottle gourd vegetable in a new way, first wash and peel the bottle gourd and then cut it into round pieces.

2. After this, keep these pieces on a plate and add gram flour, red chili, salt, turmeric, and oil and mix.

3. Now leave them like this for five minutes. Then add oil to the pan, fry it, and take it out.

4. After this, heat oil in another pan and crackle cumin seeds.

5. Now add finely chopped onion and fry until it turns golden.

6. After this, when the onions are roasted, add spices to it and also add garlic-ginger paste and fry.

7. Now add tomato paste to it and also add turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well.

8. After this, add big-sized chopped onions and capsicum.

9. Now add fried bottle gourd and mix well.

10. After this, add some water to it, cover and cook.

11. Now cook it for about 5-10 minutes, turn off the gas, add Kasuri Methi to it, and cover it.

12. Now serve it hot with roti and rice.
