Semolina 1 cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Curd ½ cup
Ginger 1 inch (finely chopped)
Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
Curry leaves 5-6 (chopped)
Coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
salt 1 tsp
water 3½ cups
Oil

To make ragi dosa, first of all, take a big mixing bowl.
Then add 1 cup ragi, semolina and rice flour and mix it well.
After this, add curd, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander, onion, cumin, black pepper and salt.
Then add water as required and make batter for dosa.
