* Relief from stretching

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. Now lower your chin towards the chest. Stay in this position for 15-30 seconds, then slowly turn your head. Now looking up, bring your head to your back and hold it for 10 seconds. Then return to that position. Do this process six to seven times. Remember that this seat should be soft and comfortable, not the neck. Similarly, slowly lean your head towards the right shoulder. Stop when you feel stressed. Hold this position for five to ten seconds. Then return to the old position. Repeat the same process on your left side.

Turn your head to the left and to the right - this is a great way to look from side to side for a few seconds during work. It can be done every day while sitting on a chair. But keep the neck straight while doing this exercise, then turn it to the right and focus on any one point for 10 seconds. Then turn left. Doing so will bring relief. You can do this every hour. Also, take regular breaks from work.

Baking by heating pad -

Shaking with a heating pad is also a great way to reduce neck pain or stiffness. Place a heating pad on the painful area for 10-15 minutes. Also keep changing the sitting position from time to time. If the pain is severe, consult a doctor.
