Fitbit is a popular brand in your smart wearables. But now a lawsuit has been filed against these Google-owned companies. It has been reported that the devices of Fitbit are getting very hot and this is causing clicks on the hands of the users.

A lawsuit has also been filed by two users in this regard.

In March this year, Google recalled 1.7 million units of the Fitbit Iconic series. The devices in this series were overheating and burning users' hands. But now it has come to light that other series also have this problem. The complaint against Fitbit states that "consumers take products to burn calories, not skin."

These smartwatches are not only iconic but also faulty

According to two users in California, not only the iconic but also other series of devices are getting overheated. One is using Fitbit Versa Lite while the other is using Fitbit Versa 2. The lawsuit filed against Fitbit and Google also mentions Versa, Versa 2, Versa 3, Charge 4, Versa Lite, Iconic, Sense, Alta HR, Inspire, Inspire HR, Inspire 2 and Blaze.

The company did not take action

Neither Google nor Fitbit helps solve customer problems. Such an allegation has also been made. Evidence that the company is blaming customers has also been presented in court. This includes screenshots of public and private chats. The refund process of the withdrawn iconic series has also started slowly.
