There can be many reasons behind feeling weak. If you are having difficulty in weight loss, and feel tired and weak throughout the day, then lack of sleep may be the reason behind this. People who do not sleep properly at night, have frequent sleep interruptions and feel tired and weak throughout the day. This happens due to the melatonin hormone. Melatonin hormone helps the body to feel relaxed and sleepy.

This tea will help in get sleep

  • Cardamom is used in this tea. Aloe vera helps in inducing sleep. This reduces stress and anxiety.
  • Nutmeg contains myristica. It calms the body and mind.
  • Chamomile tea reduces anxiety and improves sleep quality.

Tea to relieve weakness and fatigue

Ingredients required

  • Nutmeg – 1 pinch
  • Green cardamom- 2
  • Chamomile Tea- 1 Tea Bag
  • Water- 200 ml.

Method

  • Put water in a pan and boil it.
  • Now add crushed cardamom and mace to it.
  • Filter it and then add a tea bag to it and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Your tea is ready.
  • Drink this about half an hour before sleeping.
