If you are observing fast in the month of Sawan, then you can make this sweet easily at home. Let me tell you, khoya and fennel are specially used in this. It is served at famous shops in Amritsar. Malpura is mostly eaten in the holy month of Sawan. People prefer to consume it with kheer. To make it you need flour, sugar or khoya, fennel, and milk.

Method of making Malpura-

To make Malpura, first, take flour in a bowl and mix fennel and sugar in it. After this, you add milk to it. Then keep mixing by adding water to correct its consistency. To make a good batter, mix this mixture a lot. Then keep this mixture for 10 minutes. Now put this batter in ghee in small sizes with a spoon and fry. Your delicious malpuras are ready. You consume it with kheer.
