1 cup makhana
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 potato boiled
1 cup curd
2 tsp tamarind chutney
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

How to make Makhana Chaat?
To make Makhana Chaat, first of all, take curd in a big bowl.
Then you beat it well till it remains slightly thick.
After this, add some water to it and mix it.
Then heat a pan on medium flame.
After this, put Makhana in it and dry roast it on a low flame.
After this, when the makhanas cool down a bit, break them into pieces.
