Simha Mudra
First of all, spread a yoga mat or a clean sheet on the ground. You can also do this while sitting on the bed. Now sit in Sukhasan and rest your palms on the ground. The fingers should be towards the feet. After this, either keep both knees above the fingers or around them. Keep in mind that in this condition your elbows should be straight. After this, open your mouth well and bring the tongue out and down. Roar like a lion while sticking out the tongue, so that the muscles of your face are under pressure. This face yoga is done in the same way as a lion opens its mouth while roaring. You repeat this face yoga two to four times every day in the morning.

Finger tapping
Keep tapping your face with the help of your fingers. Whenever your hands are free, engage them in finger tapping on the face. Just keep tapping your finger in different places on the face. Keep in mind that while doing this, you do not have to give pressure on the face. This type of tapping keeps the blood circulation of the face good.

Pressure on cuts
First, identify the cuts on your face. Keep lifting slowly near the chin and the cut of the cheeks. First, lift the skin on both cheeks with both hands. After that lift the skin by taking both hands on the same cheek. Similarly, lift the skin of the other cheek as well. By doing this, the skin is lifted as well as the stress of the facial muscles is also released.

Line stretching
To do this, stand straight. You can do this yoga even while sitting. Then place your right hand on the mouth. Now stretch the cheeks upwards with the fingers of the left hand. Repeat this from the other side as well. Do this several times.

Blow up like a balloon
The saying of sitting with a puffed mouth may sound bad but try doing this. Onlookers may not like it, but blowing air in the mouth like a balloon is not only a mood but also a kind of yoga. For this yoga, inflate the cheeks by filling the air in the mouth. Then move the air alternately first towards the left and then towards the right. With this yoga, there is a rise in the cheekbone of the face, due to which the face starts looking beautiful without makeup. You can also do this balloon pose while working on the laptop.

Tongue twister yoga
First of all, spread a yoga mat or a clean sheet on the ground. Now sit in the posture of Padmasana or Sukhasana and keep both your hands on your knees. After this, after closing your eyes, open your mouth and stick your tongue on the palate. The more tension you stick your tongue on the palate, the more effect it will have on the muscles of your face. Stick the tongue on the palate for a while and then come back to the original state. Then rest for a few seconds and repeat this process two to three times. Keep breathing normally while doing this yoga

Tongue lifter
To do this, keep one hand on your mouth. Keep the other hand on the side of the right cheek. Then move your tongue up and down towards the laugh lines. Repeat this from the other side as well. Do this several times to reduce wrinkles.

Fish face
This yoga poses tones your face and improves the functioning of facial muscles. First, you sit in the posture of Padmasana on a yoga mat or sheet. Then close your eyes. Now suck in your cheeks and lips and shape your mouth like a fish. Do this for a few seconds and then smile. Repeat this yoga process two to three times.
