  • To do this, sit with your back straight.
  • Fill your mouth with as much air as possible.
  • Keep it tight for 10 seconds.
  • Hold your breath.
  • Then exhale and also remove the air from the mouth.
  • Repeat the exercise several times.

Second exercise

Cheek muscles play an important role in lifting and tightening the skin. Strengthening the muscles of the cheeks can help reduce lines around the mouth.

  • Use the tips of the index fingers to apply pressure around the mouth.
  • Smile by separating the lips as far as possible with pressure.
  • Hold the smile for about 5-10 seconds.
  • Then relax and do the exercise again.
  • Do the exercise in 15 to 30 reps.
