Today such features have come in mobile which can be used very easily. But the other side of this is that its habit also seems very easy. It often happens that people keep using their phones and watching reels without any intention. The algorithms of mobiles have been designed in such a way that it is very common to develop a habit of using the phone.

Research has found that generally, a person picks up his mobile phone 58 times a day. On average, a person's screen time is 7 hours a day. Many people would know that excessive use of mobile is harmful to health, but very few people would know how dangerous it can be for the body. This causes great harm to health not only mentally but also physically. Due to excessive use of mobile phones, the sleep cycle gets disturbed, mental stress occurs, the power of thinking gets reduced, a headache occurs, the digestion process gets disturbed, etc.

Dopamine hormone
Mobile has taken up so much time in the lives of some people that the first thing they do when they wake up in the morning is their mobile. They check whether any message has come, whether any notification has come from any social media, and who has liked my post. who has commented?... etc. etc. People want to be updated all the time, so the brain gives signals to touch the mobile again and again. This is just like some people want to keep updated on every run while watching cricket. Actually, by doing all this, a chemical reaction occurs in our brain, and Dopamine Hormone is released. When we feel pleasure in doing some work, dopamine is released. Due to this, there is more desire to do that work and gradually it turns into an addiction. Due to this addiction, stress turns into chronic stress.

Therefore it is very important to get rid of this habit. Let us know how one can get rid of the habit of using mobile.
1- First of all, change the place of the pocket in which you keep the phone for a few days. With this, when your brain gives the signal to touch the mobile and you will take your hand to the pocket, you will remember not to use the phone unnecessarily.
2- Go to the settings of the smartphone and turn off notifications. This will keep your attention from turning to the phone again and again. If someone has important work, he will call you directly.


3- While doing important work, keep the phone far away from you. This will not divert your mind.
4- Keep your mobile away from yourself before sleeping. With this, you will not have a phone on your bed when you wake up, so you will be able to use your morning time for other work.
5- Spend some time of your day with books. At this time, try to switch off the phone, turn off the internet, or turn on Do Not Disturb mode.
6- Use your free time for some other work instead of using your mobile. Like gardening, meeting friends, and taking a walk in the park.
7- Make a habit of staying away from mobile for at least 2-3 hours a day.

How much screen time is healthy?
It is not that everyone is wasting time only on mobile. Many people use it only for important purposes like gadgets. According to experts, mobile makes our life easier, hence 2-3 hours of screen time in a day is healthy. But if it crosses the limit then it has adverse effects on health.
