The Election Commission (EC) has announced the election schedule for the 18th Lok Sabha. The Lok Sabha 2024 elections in the country will be held in seven phases. To apply for a voter card online, go to https://voters.eci.gov.in/ and click on the option of form 6 visible first on the left. After this create your ID with your mobile number and login.

After logging in, click on the Form 6 option again. After that select your state, district, and city. Fill in your important information like mobile number, address, and assembly constituency. After this enter the Voter ID number and name of your parents.

After this enter your Aadhar number, and date of birth and upload a photo of your Aadhar card and photo of birth certificate. Finally enter the captcha code and submit the form.

The voter card will reach your home within about a month of submitting the form. After submission, you will get a receipt number with the help of which you will be able to check the status of your voter form anytime after a week. Even if your form is rejected, you will get information about it from this number.
