Soya Roti Recipe

Ingredients required:-

  • 1 cup soy flour (70 percent)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (30 percent)
  • salt to taste

How to make

  • Pour water into a pan and boil it.
  • Now add ghee and salt to it.
  • Put soya flour in this boiling water. Stir it well and then cover it with a lid.
  • Switch off the gas and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Take out this mixture in a bowl, add wheat flour to it and knead it well.
  • Now make bread out of it.
