Samosa is a street food. It is eaten with great fervor in India. Many varieties of samosas are made in India, including paneer samosa, chowmein samosa, chocolate samosa or bread samosa, etc. But in this article we are teaching you how to make a new variety of samosa 'Crunchy Potli Samosa'-

To make Crunchy and Spicy Potli Samosa, first, take a bowl. Add flour, oil, salt, and carom seeds to it. After this add water to it and knead the dough. Now keep the kneaded flour covered with a cotton cloth for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now make small balls and roll them round.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Add a teaspoon of coriander, fennel, and dry fenugreek to it. Mix 4 big boiled and mashed potatoes in it. Now add salt, red chili powder, dry pomegranate powder, and garam masala. Prepare the masala by mixing all these. Fill them in a bag of samosas and fry them.
