Estrogen Detoxifying Yogurt Kebabs

Ingredients required-

  • Hung Curd - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Broccoli - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp

Method to prepare-

  • Lightly sauté all the vegetables (carrot, broccoli and capsicum) in a pan.
  • Combine the hung curd, paneer and vegetables in a bowl. Add black pepper and rock salt to it.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Make small balls of it and fry on a tawa till it turns golden brown.
