Amritsari Paneer Tikka is made by marinating paneer cubes in flavourful spices and shallow frying them till golden and crisp. Sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot with mint chutney.

Amritsari Paneer Tikka Ingredients:

200 grams paneer cubes
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 tsp ajwain
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chaat masala
oil for frying
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp lemon juice
water

Recipe:

First of all, put gram flour in a mixing bowl, add carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste and mix well after adding salt as per your taste.
Mix all these things, add water if required, and prepare a smooth batter (make sure there are no lumps in the batter).
Now put paneer cubes in this mixture and mix them gently with your hands and coat them well with the marinade.
After this, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep it aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Now, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the paneer cubes in it till they turn golden brown.
After it is cooked well from all sides, take it out on a plate. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve with mint chutney.
