To make a dry fruit roll, first, take dates. After this, take out the seeds from the dates and cut them roughly. If the dates are dry, add some hot water to it. After this put poppy seeds in a pan. Later dry roast on low flame for 1 minute. Now remove it from the flame and add 1 tsp ghee and melt it.

Later add chopped cashews and dry fruits and fry them. Add cinnamon powder to it and then fry it. Put one spoonful of ghee on the side of the dry fruits in the pan. After this, mix chopped dates, roasted poppy seeds, and cinnamon powder in it. Keep cooking on low flame till it leaves the pan.

Take out the prepared mixture on a plate and cool it. Now make a roll of the mixture and coat it with poppy seeds. After this, keep the prepared roll wrapped in foil paper in the air freeze. Cut the roll into slices. In this way, the Tasty and Healthy Dry Fruit Roll is ready.
