Ingredients required to make Shikanji Masala:
1. Black salt - 2 teaspoons
2. White salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons
4. Roasted cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons
5. Cardamom - 12 to 15
6. Black pepper seeds - 2 teaspoons
7. Harad (optional) - 2 small

* Easy recipe for making Shikanji Masala:
1. To make Shikanji Masala, first heat a pan and roast cumin seeds in it. Fry it till it turns light brown.
2. After this, put black pepper in the pan and heat it along with cumin, and spread both things on a plate.
3. Now take a grinder and put cardamom seeds, and raw cumin seeds in it.
4. After this add lightly ground myrobalan to it and now blend these things.
5. Now when these things are grinded, add roasted cumin and black pepper and black salt and white salt to it.
6. After this, now grind these things well.
7. Your Shinji masala will be ready in this way.
8. Now you can filter and use this spice.
