* Ingredients needed to make jaggery syrup:

1. Jaggery - 200 grams

2. Mint leaves - 2 tbsp

3. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

4. Roasted cumin powder - 2 tsp

5. Black salt - 1/2 tsp

6. Fennel powder - 2 tsp

7. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

8. Ginger - 1-inch piece

9. Ice Cubes

10. Salt as per taste

* Easy recipe for making jaggery syrup:

1. Consuming jaggery syrup in summer is considered very beneficial. To make it, first of all, grind jaggery coarsely.

2. After this, pour 3-4 cups of water into a deep bottom vessel.

3. Now let the crushed jaggery dissolve well in the water for some time.

4. After this mix it well for about 10 minutes.

5. Now wash and clean the ginger and crush it.

6. After this wash the mint leaves and chop them finely.

7. Now put ginger and mint leaves in jaggery water.

Then add lemon juice to it and mix.

8. After this add fennel powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder to the sherbet.

9. Now dissolve it by adding black salt and plain salt as per taste.

10. Your delicious jaggery syrup is ready in this way.

11. After it is ready, keep this syrup in the fridge for 10 minutes.

12. Now serve the prepared sherbet in a serving glass by adding ice cubes.
