Pulao or Tehri is served with raita at most places, so this time instead of boondi raita, serve it with beetroot raita. Know its recipe.

Material :
2 beetroot, 2 cup curd, 1/4 cup milk, 2-3 green chilies finely chopped, 2 dry red chilies, 3-4 garlic cloves crushed, 1/4th tsp mustard, 1/4th tsp sugar, 6 -7 raisins soaked in water, 1 tbsp oil and salt as per taste

Method :
Boil the beetroot. Peel off and tighten.

Mix curd and milk and whisk it.

Mix beetroot, green chili, sugar, salt, and raisins.

Heat oil in a tadka pan.

Add curry leaves, garlic, mustard, and dry chilies to it.

Serve it as a side dish with rice or roti.
