Ingredients needed to make Potato Kurma
Potato - 7-8
Curd - 4 tbsp
Desi ghee - 5 tbsp
Cashew - 15-20
Cloves - 4-5
Bay leaf - 1
Black pepper - 8-10
Big cardamom - 1-2
Small cardamom - 2-3
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1-2 pieces
Brown Onion - 1/2 bowl
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
salt - as per taste

How to make Potato Kurma
To make Tasty Potato Kurma's vegetables, first of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly. After this, after peeling them, cut all the potatoes into two pieces and separate them. Now take oil in a pan and put these chopped potatoes in it and fry them for some time. Keep in mind that these potatoes will be fried until their color turns golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the curd mixture.
Mix all the ingredients in this mixture and put desi ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame. Now add cardamom to it and fry till the color of the mixture changes. Now add chopped onion to it and fry till it turns golden brown. Now add a cup of water to the mixture and stir it slowly. It has to be run until its water dries up and the oil separates. Now add the curd mixture to it, stir it, and fry for some time. After this add cashew paste and fry.
After this add potatoes to it, add salt, a cup of water, cardamom, black pepper, and nutmeg powder as well. Now cover the pan and reduce the flame of the gas. Either cook it for 6-7 minutes or wait for the potatoes to absorb water. Now add lemon juice to it. After that put cream in it and take it off the gas. Now you can serve this tasty vegetable with roti or rice.
