After this, take them out on a plate.

Now garlic and onion have to be taken. In this, cut the onion into long slices and also cut the garlic into small pieces. After this, we will put them in the remaining oil in the pan. Now they will also be fried till they turn brown so that the rawness is gone. Now put okra in it and fry it with onions for about 1-2 minutes. Now lighten the gas flame and add fried potatoes to it and mix both of them well and cook. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, chili flakes, and salt as per taste to the vegetable and mix.

Now let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After this, cover the pan and leave the vegetable to cook for 5-6 minutes. However, with the help of a ladle, keep stirring it in between.
