It is also called the 'Madar' plant, in English it is called Giant Calotrope and its scientific name is Calotropil gigantea. The leaves of Aak are soft and their color is slightly green and slightly white, but after drying, they start appearing yellow.

Aak leaves are no less than a boon for patients with diabetes, by consuming them, the blood sugar level can be reduced, which keeps the health safe.
How to use Aak leaves
For this, dry the Aak leaves in the sun and then grind them and give them the shape of powder. Now mix this powder in 10 ml water and consume it daily. Another way is to apply its powder on the soles at night, wear socks, and sleep. Take off your socks in the morning, by doing this the blood sugar level of diabetic patients will decrease.
Other benefits of Aak leaves
It is not that you can use these leaves only to reduce the blood sugar level, but if you have dental problems, constipation, diarrhea, or joint pain, then you can use Aak leaves.
