Sweet potato is full of health, so apart from roasting it and eating it, you can also make a tasty dessert, which is pudding. So let's know its recipe without delay.

  • 2 cups sweet potato grated,
  • 3 cups condensed milk,
  • 3 tbsp sugar,
  • 3 tbsp pistachio,
  • almond-cashew chopped,
  • 1 green cardamom ground,
  • 4 tbsp pure ghee

Method :

  • Melt one tablespoon of ghee in a heavy bottom pan and roast the dry fruits.
  • Again heat two tablespoons of ghee and fry the sweet potatoes. When its color starts to change slightly, add milk and keep stirring on a low-medium flame.
  • When the sweet potato has absorbed all the milk, add ghee and sugar to it and stir frequently.
  • When the sweet potato starts gathering in the middle, take it out at once.
  • Sprinkle cardamom and roasted dry fruits on top.
