Ingredients:
- 2 cups sweet potato grated,
- 3 cups condensed milk,
- 3 tbsp sugar,
- 3 tbsp pistachio,
- almond-cashew chopped,
- 1 green cardamom ground,
- 4 tbsp pure ghee
Method :
- Melt one tablespoon of ghee in a heavy bottom pan and roast the dry fruits.
- Again heat two tablespoons of ghee and fry the sweet potatoes. When its color starts to change slightly, add milk and keep stirring on a low-medium flame.
- When the sweet potato has absorbed all the milk, add ghee and sugar to it and stir frequently.
- When the sweet potato starts gathering in the middle, take it out at once.
- Sprinkle cardamom and roasted dry fruits on top.
