You can use half a teaspoon of ghee instead of oil for paratha. Or roast the paratha dry and then put half a spoon of ghee on it. Whereas you use ghee to cook the vegetables.
How much ghee should be eaten in a day?
Diabetes patients should also avoid taking extra fat like some people eat pulses by adding extra ghee on top, but if you are a diabetic patient, then avoid doing this. Of course, desi ghee is beneficial for our health, but do not consume it in excess, you should not consume more than two spoons of ghee in a day.
