According to many dieticians, the use of desi ghee is beneficial, although cooking oil has been said to be harmful to diabetes.

Stop using cooking oil
If you use refined or any kind of oil to control blood sugar levels, then you are making the biggest mistake. Diabetes patients should completely stop using oil for cooking. You can use half a teaspoon of ghee instead of oil for paratha. Or roast the paratha dry and then put half a spoon of ghee on it. Whereas you use ghee to cook the vegetables.

How much ghee should be eaten in a day?
Diabetes patients should also avoid taking extra fat like some people eat pulses by adding extra ghee on top, but if you are a diabetic patient, then avoid doing this. Of course, desi ghee is beneficial for our health, but do not consume it in excess, you should not consume more than two spoons of ghee in a day.
