Dal Kachori Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 to 5 teaspoons of refined ghee

Oil - 2 teaspoons

soaked urad dal - 1 cup

cassowary fenugreek powder 2 teaspoons

red chili powder 1 teaspoon

cumin powder 2 teaspoons

coriander powder - 2 teaspoons

fennel powder - 2 teaspoons,

ajwain seeds - 2 teaspoons,

green chilies - 2 pieces,

a little asafoetida,

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

and salt as per taste.

Dal Kachori Recipe

Place flour, salt, and ghee in a large bowl. Add water and knead the dough. Then close it and keep it aside. Make a paste of washed urad dal. Now heat the oil in a pan. Add magic seeds. Add the paste of the soaked urad dal. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, salt, fenugreek powder, and baking soda. Mix all these things well and add water. When this masala is cooked, remove the gas from it.

Let it cool down a bit. Prepare the stuffing. Then balls are made from the dough filled with a large piece of dal. Then close it with your finger. Now heat the oil in a pan. Put these kachoris one by one. Fry till golden brown.
