You can complain about any cyber crime or fraud on the National Cyber Crime Portal. Open the website https://cybercrime.gov.in/ in any browser. Click on File Complaint given on the homepage. Accepting the terms and conditions, give your consent for further review and approval. After this, select the category of cybercrime. Select Report Other in it. Then enter the citizen login information.
After this, enter the OTP received on the phone, then after filling in the captcha, click on Submit. Go to the section and give detailed information about cyber crime. Also, tell about the incident correctly. If there is any kind of evidence of a cyber crime, upload it. Like a screenshot or photo. Then save. After this, after clicking on Next, you can give information about a suspicious person.
Otherwise, you can skip it. After verifying all the information, click on Submit. After this, the complaint ID will come on the phone number or email. While complaining about cybercrime, submit the required documents like proof of fraud, address proof bank details, etc.
