Ingredients required to make orange barfi-

5 oranges

1/2 kg mawa

1 tbsp cashews

1 tbsp almonds

400 gms sugar

1 tsp custard

1/4 cup grated coconut

1 tbsp desi ghee

1 tsp cardamom powder

How to make orange barfi?

To make orange barfi, you first take oranges.

Then you peel it, take out the seeds and keep the pulp in a bowl.

After this, heat a pan on medium flame.

Then you mash mawa in it and fry it on low flame for some time while stirring.

After this, add sugar to it and mix and cook for about 5-7 minutes till it becomes golden.

Then put the orange pulp in the pan and mix it well with mawa.

After this, add grated coconut to it and mix.

Then you cook this mixture till it becomes thick.

After this, mix desi ghee and cardamom powder in it.

Then after cooking, turn off the gas.

After this, grease a plate/tray well with ghee.

Then you spread the prepared mixture in equal proportion all around the tray.

After this, you put chopped cashews and almonds on top of it.
