Modak is one of these sweets. This is the favorite sweet of Ganesha. But you can also prepare it at home and offer it to Lord Shankar in Sawan. Today we will know its easy recipe. Modak is liked by many people, as well as children also eat it with a lot of heart. Let's learn the method of making modak like a shop at home, and you can also offer it to Bholenath.

Ingredients for making Modak-

2 cup rice flour

2 cups grated coconut

1 cup jaggery

desi ghee

cardamom powder

half teaspoon salt

Make shop like modak at home like this-

1. To make Tasty Modak, first of all, heat desi ghee in a pan and fry it by adding grated coconut.

2. After this, mix a little jaggery powder in it. Then fry both together and let them melt.

3. When this mixture becomes thick, add cardamom powder to it. Now your modak stuffing is ready.

4. Now put ghee in a pan and add salt and stir it. Then add 2 cups of water to the ghee and stir.

5. After the water boils well, add rice flour and cook it. Keep stirring the flour so that it does not stick.

6. Now leave the rice covered and keep it aside.

7. Then knead it when it cools down and the Modak dough is ready. Now make a ball of this flour and roll it thinly and fill the stuffing in it.

8. Then give it the shape of modak. Now steam all the modaks for 15 to 20 minutes.

9. Your toasty modaks are ready.
