Ingredients required to make Mix Veg Paratha-

100 grams flour

1/2 cup boiled peas

1 potato boiled

1 cup finely chopped cabbage

1 cup cauliflower grated

1 carrot grated

1 onion finely chopped

1 piece ginger grated

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp red chili

1 tsp celery

2 green Chilli chopped

as per taste Oil

as per taste Salt

How to make Mix Veg Paratha?

To make Mix Veg Paratha, first of all, take a pan.

Then you put water in it and keep it on the gas to heat it.

After this, add cauliflower, carrot, and cabbage to it.

Then boil all these vegetables on a low flame.

After this, take out the vegetable water from the sieve and separate it.

Then you sift the flour in a big vessel.

After this, mash all the boiled vegetables well.

Then you add red chili powder, cumin, celery, and salt to it.

After this add water as required and knead a soft dough.

Then heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat.

After this, grease the griddle well with oil.

Then make dough balls and roll out the parathas.

After this, apply oil on both sides of the paratha and bake it well.

Then serve it hot with pickle, chutney, or curd.
