10-12 almonds pistachio nuts

How to make Mango Peda?

To make Mango Peda, first of all, take a heavy-bottomed pan.

Then put 1 tbsp ghee in it and heat it on a low flame.

After this, add milk powder and condensed milk to the pan.

Then you cook it until you get the consistency of flour.

After this, take out the prepared mixture on a separate plate.

Then put about 2 tablespoons of ghee in the pan and heat it.

After this, add mango puree, cardamom powder, and saffron to it.

Then you cook it stirring continuously till it becomes slightly thick.

After this, put the mixture of milk powder and condensed milk in a pan and mix it well.

After this, when the mixture becomes thick after cooking, then you turn off the gas.

Then you leave the mixture to cool down a bit.

After this, prepare the mixture by making pedas.

Then you flatten the trees and put a whole almond in the middle.

Now your delicious Mango Peda is ready.

Then garnish it with saffron thread and pistachios and serve it to the guests.
