4 curry leaves
2 red dry chilies
Half teaspoon fenugreek seeds
Half teaspoon sour
How to make Mango Tadka Chutney?
To make tadka chutney of mango, first of all, take a mixer jar.
Then add chopped mangoes, turmeric powder, and green chilies and grind them coarsely.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, peanuts, curry leaves, red dry chilies, sour cream, and mustard seeds and fry it.
