Ingredients required to make Mango Burfi-

1 cup mango chunks

1/2 cup milk

3 cups grated coconut

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

1 pinch saffron

1 cup sugar (to taste)

How to make Mango Burfi?

To make Mango Barfi, first of all, take mangoes.

Then peel it and take out the pulp in a bowl and store it.

After this, put mango pieces and half a cup of milk in a blender.

Then grind it well and prepare a smooth puree of mango.

After this, put mango puree in a pan and cook on low flame.

Then add 1 cup of sugar in it and cook till it dissolves well.

After this, add 3 cups of grated coconut and cook it.

Then dissolve saffron threads in a little lukewarm milk in a small bowl.

After this, pour saffron milk into the pan and mix it well.

After this, you cook it for about 15-20 minutes till it becomes thick.

Then put cardamom powder in it and turn off the gas.

After this, grease a plate/tray well with some ghee.

Then you put the prepared mixture in the tray and spread it in equal proportion.

After this, you leave it for about half an hour to set.

Then with the help of a knife, cut it into the shape of a barfi.

Now your tasty Mango Burfi is ready.

Then store it by filling it in an airtight container.
