Ingredients required to make Malai Paratha-

1 cup milk cream

1 bowl flour

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Sugar powder as per taste Desi ghee as per need

1 pinch of salt

How to make Malai Paratha?

To make Malai Paratha, first of all, put flour in a bowl.

Then add a pinch of salt to it and mix.

After this knead the dough adding water as required.

Then you put cream and sugar powder in a bowl.

After this, mix it well and make it uniform.

Then make a ball of dough and roll it around.

After this, with the help of a spoon, fill the cream mixture and close it.

Then you roll the Malai Paratha with light hands and put it on a nonstick pan/tawa.

After this, apply ghee on both sides and cook the paratha till it becomes golden.
