Ingredients needed to make potato koftas-
4 onions
4 tomatoes
1 to 2 green chilies
1 tbsp coriander chopped
3/4 cup cream
1-inch piece ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
How to make potato koftas?
To make potato kofte, you first put potatoes in the cooker and boil them.
Then you peel the potatoes and grate them and put them in a bowl.
After this add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder.
Then mix all these things well and make balls.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then put potato balls in it and deep fry till it becomes light golden.
After this, wash onions, tomatoes, and green chilies and chop them finely to make gravy for kofta.
Then take the cream and beat it well.
After this, put some oil in the pan and heat it on a low flame.
Then put cumin seeds in it and crackle it well.
After this, add onion to it and fry till it becomes golden.
Then add green chilies, tomatoes and ginger to it and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
After this, add coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to it.
Then you turn off the gas and leave the spices to cool down.
After this, put the spices in the mixer and grind them.
Then again put oil in the pan and heat it.
After this, you put the prepared masala in it.
Then add cream to it and mix it well.
After this, add two cups of water and salt to it and boil it.
Then put fried koftas in it and cook for about 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your delicious potato koftas are ready.
Then garnish it with green coriander and serve the vegetable with roti, paratha, or rice.
