Constipation will be cured with the help of these things
1. Bulgur

Dalia is a rich source of fiber, and many important vitamins are found in it, with the help of which constipation gets cured. By eating this, the stomach remains light and digestion also improves.

2. Fig
It would probably not be wrong to call fig a magical fruit, because it provides instant relief from constipation. If you want the best results then soak figs in hot water and eat them. Since there is a lot of fiber in it, it keeps the digestive system better.

3. Milk and Ghee
Generally, people do not know that constipation can be cured with the help of milk and ghee. For this, add 2 spoons of ghee to a cup of hot milk and drink it before sleeping at night.

4. Liquorice
Liquorice is called the treasure of Ayurveda. Mix half a spoonful of jaggery in one spoonful of licorice powder and then mix it in a cup of hot water and drink it. This herb excellently attacks constipation.

5. Water
If you want to avoid constipation then it is important to drink water regularly. Dehydration is one of the common causes of constipation, to avoid this the water content in your body mustn't decrease.
