Material
Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Khoya - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
cardamom powder
greased plate

How to make coconut barfi
1. To make coconut barfi, first take sugar and boil it in water to make sugar syrup.

2. Now add grated dry coconut to this syrup and mix well.

3. Keep the gas on medium flame. Now add ghee and khova to it and mix well.

4. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix it well. When the mixture is well mixed, take it out on a plate.

5. Grease the plate with ghee beforehand. Now take out this mixture from the plate and leave it like this for a few minutes. Apply some ghee on top.

6. Now spread it well and give it the shape of barfi and cut it. After some time your barfi will freeze. Then take it out and serve.
