Kaddu ki sabzi is made with very mild spices and it is eaten with Puri. This vegetable is made without onion and garlic so that its purity is maintained. Light spices and a little sweetness are also added to the pumpkin vegetable.

Pooris are made with the help of wheat flour and ghee. It is given as prasad with potato curry or pumpkin curry.
